Job description
Towne Park LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Commercial) to drive new revenue by selling Towne’s Revenue Generating Solutions alongside Nexity hardware and software. You will prospect in micro-markets, develop relationships with asset owners and operators, and convert opportunities into closed deals.
The role requires 2–4 years in B2B sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
