Heritage-Crystal Clean is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operation of branches in the region, focusing on training, pricing management, and growth while promoting safety.
The role includes coaching staff, monitoring performance, developing incentives, and presenting a positive image to customers and the public.
Requirements include 5 years of HCC or related experience, branch management preferred, High School diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred, CDL recommended.
