Job description
POP MART seeks a senior leader to define the regional strategic roadmap for the Central region, translating corporate priorities into a multi-year growth and operating plan. You will partner with HR, L&D, Operations, Marketing, and IT to pilot programs and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
You will own leadership development, succession planning, and regional P&L, guiding budgets and profitability while traveling extensively to test and refine initiatives in the field.
