Job description
Workout Anytime is seeking a high‑performing fitness leader to drive a one‑club start with expansion to two clubs within 60–90 days, progressing toward regional leadership. The GM will own membership growth, personal training revenue, payroll, retention, operations and KPIs, building strong teams and systems that scale.
The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, autonomy, accountability and a focus on activity, sales, and measurable results, with a base starting around $50k–$60k and growth
