Job description
Cedarhurst Senior Living seeks a Regional Director of Operations to provide strategic operational leadership across assigned senior living communities. The RDO partners with Executive Directors to drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize financial operations, and uphold resident experience standards.
This role requires frequent weekly travel across communities and includes an auto and phone allowance.
