Job description
Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Health Services Director (LVN/LPN) who will oversee resident care and medication programs across multiple California communities. The ideal candidate holds a CA LVN license in good standing and has RCFE experience with leadership responsibility.
This role supports wellness, ADL services, and policy adherence in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should reside in California, be able to teach staff, and proficient in MS Office and RealPage usage.
