Job description
Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Health Services Director, LVN/LPN to support multiple communities in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Ideal candidates will reside in California with a CA LVN license in good standing and RCFE license.
You will oversee resident care, medication programs, and policies, leveraging RealPage in compliance with company standards. Travel within the region may be required.
