Job description
Bayer is seeking a Regional Account Director to drive strategic account plans within IDNs and cross-functional teams in Northwestern Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes building advocates, coordinating pull-through, and expanding Bayer’s CVR portfolio in clinical settings.
The incumbent will report to the Area General Manager and travel up to 50% within the territory, residing in PA and focusing on hospital and IDN channels. A bachelor's degree and proven account-management skills are required.
