Job description
Carease Health is seeking a Regional Client Success Manager (RCSM) to own and grow relationships with regional leadership and C-suite contacts across an assigned multi-state territory. You will operate at the group level, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, and serve as the clinical point of contact for each assigned group.
This role focuses on large-group retention, expanding services, and ensuring timely resolution of escalated customer issues.
