Job description
Advanced Urology Institute is seeking a Chief Operating Officer Affiliate (COO) to manage regional medical practice operations and ancillary services. The role focuses on transparency, trust-building, goal achievement, and integration of new practices and physicians within the affiliate.
The COO will plan, lead, and direct the affiliate in line with the organization's Mission, Vision and Values, while driving performance and ensuring excellent patient care and staff engagement.
