Job description
Aventura at Carriage Inn seeks a Regional Director of Operations (CDM - Certified Dietary Manager) to lead multi-facility food service and nutrition operations across our assisted living and healthcare sites. You will mentor Food Service Directors and drive dining excellence while ensuring compliance and cost control.
Responsibilities include budgeting, QA, client relations, and coordinating with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements.
