Job description
Carease Health is seeking a Healthcare Regional Manager to oversee service delivery across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will partner with facility leadership to ensure program integration of RPM, CCM, and CoCM, while maintaining CMS compliance and company standards.
This role requires strong people skills, the ability to travel regularly, and a track record in regional or multi-site management within healthcare.
