Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead and inspire Directors and Managers across four hospitals, three long-term care facilities, and one behavioral health site within 45 minutes of each other in Georgia.
The role requires strong financial acumen, senior leadership experience, and a proven ability to drive KPI performance, client relationships, and regional strategy. Extensive travel is required across the territory.
