Job description
ALIYA Healthcare Consulting is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team on the north side of Chicago. You will oversee daily operations across multiple healthcare facilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth.
Lead facility managers, develop operational strategies, and foster a culture of excellent patient care. Strong leadership, communication, and a proven track record in healthcare operations are essential; Illinois NHA license is required.
