Job description
NVR is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee homebuilding operations across Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton. You will shape strategy, drive performance, and lead teams to deliver exceptional homes and experiences.
In this senior role, you will own P&L, develop leaders, and collaborate with senior leadership to accelerate success. Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred, with multi-unit leadership experience valued.
