Job description
Liberty Health is seeking a Regional Hospice Admissions Nurse (RN) in Southern Pines, NC. You will evaluate and admit patients, initiate individualized care plans, and coordinate home-based services with thorough documentation.
Expect on-call rotation and monthly staff meetings as part of the schedule. Requires NC RN license with at least one year of clinical nursing experience, strong communication, organization, and time management skills, and willingness to travel regionally.
