Job description
Labcorp is seeking a Regional Hospital Laboratory Director to lead hospital laboratories within the Charlotte market. You will ensure quality results, proper staffing, financial vitality, and foster a collaborative team environment across sites.
Reporting to Laboratory leadership, you will work with Medical Directors and Health System leadership to align with provider and patient expectations while maintaining regulatory compliance across CAP, CLIA, ISO, and state requirements.
