Job description
Shake Shack in New York is seeking an Area Director to lead and develop multi-unit Shack teams across the region, ensuring consistent hospitality and guest satisfaction.
You will manage P&L for all Shacks in your area, drive revenue growth, mentor leaders, and partner with Home Office to implement systems while upholding health and safety standards. Travel up to 50% is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred but leadership experience can substitute.
