Job description
The Ghoman Group is seeking an experienced Area General Manager to oversee hotel operations, performance, and management across assigned properties. Lead General Managers and department heads to drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hotel leadership, strong P&L, budgeting, and revenue management experience, plus excellent communication and staff development skills. Travel between properties as required.
