Job description
Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown is seeking an Area Sales Director to lead the sales organization, drive revenue, and align with marketing to maximize market penetration. You will manage key stakeholder relationships, prepare weekly and monthly forecasts, and deliver persuasive client presentations across group and transient segments.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed.
