Job description
Gleeson seeks a Senior HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract to deliver professional generalist HR support across Yorkshire and the North West. You will partner with managers and employees, ensure HR policy and employment law compliance, and manage ER processes.
You will also handle onboarding, payroll liaison, training coordination, and involvement in the people strategy while maintaining a visible regional presence and positive employee experience.
