Job description
Hermès is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Northern Region, collaborating closely with store leadership and HR peers. The role is based on-site at our New York Corporate Office and focuses on coaching, advising, performance management, and HR operations across 9 locations and ~140 employees.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years as an HRBP, luxury retail experience preferred, and strong skills in recruiting, employee relations, and policy interpretation. Travel to boutiques is required.
