Job description
Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee HR activities, succession planning, and workforce stabilization for assigned regions.
You will partner with District and Store Managers to drive compliance, engagement, and development initiatives. The role requires 5–7 years in HR within a multi-unit retail environment, a 4-year HR degree, and strong knowledge of federal/state HR laws.
