Gerber Collision & Glass in Illinois seeks a Regional HR Manager to lead talent planning, employee relations, and engagement across the Midwest U.S. Collision Region.
You will partner with General Managers to shape people strategies, manage investigations, and support acquisitions, fostering a best-in-class culture. The role requires a bachelor’s in HR, 5+ years of HR experience, and travel up to 50%; bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
