Job description

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner based in New Jersey with a multi-state region. You will advise regional leadership, own employee relations and compliance, and drive talent development across stores.

Expect 50–75% travel to field locations and strong collaboration with HR and store leaders to align recruiting and development strategies. You should be fluent in English with conversational Spanish, have 5+ years in HR, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR/business.
