Job description
Extended Care, LLC is seeking a Regional HR Consultant to provide hands-on HR support across skilled nursing, long-term care, and specialty mental health facilities in Illinois. This field-based role partners with facility leaders, addressing employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR matters with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation.
The role requires navigating union and non-union environments, coaching leaders, and conducting investigations under CHRO guidance.
