Job description
Skilled Nursing Facility seeks an experienced Regional HR/Payroll Director to oversee HR and payroll for multiple facilities across states, with direct responsibility for back-office HR and payroll processes.
You will guide HR/Payroll teams, ensure compliance with ADA, EEO, FMLA, wage and hour laws, and lead audits, policy interpretation and system improvements to support regional operations. Overnight travel required.
