Job description
Lapp Americas is seeking a Regional VP, HR to shape and execute the HR strategy for the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Panama). You will align HR initiatives with the company mission, lead talent management, DEI, and engagement programs, and drive organizational development in a fast-paced environment.
The role partners with the CEO and global HR to ensure strategic, scalable people practices, leadership development, and effective change management across multiple countries.
