Job description
Sims Metal in Baltimore, MD seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to oversee HR across the region and support onboarding, development, retention, and engagement. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Benefits to align policies and programs.
The HRBP will work onsite daily at 7600 Rolling Mill Rd, with travel to other MD, PA, and VA locations as needed, contributing to North American HR initiatives and overall business success.
