Job description
Aggreko, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Director based in Houston or the Central US to lead the North America Inside Sales model. You will own strategy, performance, and development across five regional pods, coordinating with regional sales leaders and marketing to drive growth.
You will lead talent development, set activity standards, and ensure disciplined lead management, forecasting, and revenue growth across multi-region teams in a matrixed environment. Travel up to 60% nationwide.
