We’re looking for a Regional IT&D Engagement Lead to serve as a strategic partner to our business and Distribution Center (DC) leaders - bridging enterprise technology, digital supply chain capabilities, and operational execution.

In this highly visible role, you’ll act as the primary IT&D point of contact for regional business stakeholders, translating operational needs into scalable digital solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and growth. You’ll help shape and deliver initiatives that support modern supply chain operations, including food safety and regulatory programs, while ensuring strong alignment between business priorities and IT&D roadmaps.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Austin or Temple, TX.

Benefits you can count on:

Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance

Paid time off begins day one.

401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.

Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!

What You’ll Do

Serve as a trusted IT&D partner to regional business and DC leadership, owning the engagement model from intake through delivery

Translate complex business needs into clear technology requirements and prioritized initiatives

Partner with enterprise IT&D teams to deliver solutions that support digital supply chain and operational excellence

Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value

Support and influence regional adoption of enterprise platforms and digital capabilities

Champion continuous improvement, standardization, and scalable solutions across the region

New Customer onboarding (Tech & Digital Set-up)

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, supply chain, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

Eight or more years of progressive experience in IT, supply chain technology, or digital operations roles at large-scale or complex organizations.

Five or more years of experience focused on logistics, fulfillment, distribution center operations, or manufacturing environments.

Strong experience partnering with business and operations leaders in a complex, fast-moving environment

Ability to connect strategy to execution and influence without authority

Comfort operating at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and operations

A proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to shape how IT&D engages with the business at a regional level, with direct impact on operational performance and digital transformation. You’ll have visibility, influence, and the chance to help modernize critical business and DC capabilities in a growing, mission-driven organization.

If you’re passionate about using technology to enable the business and want a role where relationships, strategy, and execution all matter, we’d love to talk.
