Job description
Providence in Northern California is seeking a Service Area Director, Laboratory Services to coordinate initiatives across multiple laboratories. You will partner with executives to implement performance improvement strategies and align with system goals, including patient care and operational excellence.
Based in Santa Rosa, you will oversee APL and Clinical Lab services, guide strategic and tactical directions, and drive financial leadership with KPIs and budget stewardship.
