Job description
Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing team and drive the launch and commercialization of our portfolio across oncology, rheumatology, and immunology.
Reporting to the National Project Director, you will recruit and coach Key Account Managers, design regional business plans, manage budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate access and growth. Travel approx 80%.
