Job description
State of Missouri seeks a Regional Manager for Behavior Support Services to oversee SEMORS facilities in Sikeston and Poplar Bluff. The role focuses on ABA program development, compliance, and staff leadership across multiple sites.
You will supervise licensed behavior analysts and RBTs, coordinate with inter-disciplinary teams, and travel between locations to ensure high-quality services for individuals with behavioral support needs.
