Job description
CRB is seeking a Regional Lead Estimator to drive conceptual and schematic cost estimates across core markets. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage trade estimators, and ensure alignment with project goals and budgets during pre-construction.
You will apply historical data, take-offs, and unit pricing to develop reliable models, present to clients, and lead risk analyses while mentoring junior staff in estimating standards.
