Job description
CRB is seeking a Regional Lead Estimator to support pre-construction and project development across its core markets in Denver. The role will lead conceptual and schematic cost estimates, collaborate with design teams and clients, and mentor regional estimators to ensure accurate, aligned budgets.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 10–15 years of multi-discipline estimating experience, and proficiency with WinEst or Sage Estimating. Travel regionally is expected.
