Job description
LensCrafters is seeking a Sr. Regional Manager to deliver sales and profit through a superior patient and customer experience across 20–30 locations in a multi-unit, cross-functional setting including retail, lab and doctor services.
Lead, coach and develop store managers, attract top talent, analyze business performance and present clear action plans to optimize results while ensuring brand standards and operational excellence. Expect travel and weekend/evening coverage to support busy periods.
