LensCrafters seeks an experienced Sr. Regional Manager to drive sales and profit through a seamless patient and customer experience across 20–30 locations, spanning retail, lab and doctor services.
You will lead, coach, and hire top talent, analyze business performance, and ensure brand standards and compliance while optimizing operations and expenses. The role requires weekend/evening shifts and extensive travel.
