Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Regional Director of Operational Excellence to lead hospice branch operations, onboarding, and quality care delivery across Florida. You will work with clinical and administrative leaders, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive performance improvements through audits and education.
The role requires RN licensure, 5+ years in operations/leadership with hospice, strong coaching, and willingness to travel.
