Job description
Youth ministry organization Young Life is seeking an Associate Regional Director to oversee seven to ten ministries across Western Colorado with regular travel to surrounding towns. This leadership role focuses on developing healthy teams, culture, and sustainable ministry aligned with the regional mission.
The candidate will live in the region, cast vision, recruit staff and volunteers, and support spiritual development across areas while staying rooted in local communities.
