Job description
NFI Industries is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean transformation across multiple sites in the region. You will conduct 3‑day ONE Program events, train leaders and frontline teams, and ensure sustainment of gains through structured Lean execution.
You will partner with Operations and Engineering to identify opportunities, perform hands‑on shop‑floor workshops, and drive KPI‑based improvements with a strong emphasis on culture and engagement.
