Job description
Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean Manufacturing across one of its six multi-site regions. You will lead project launches, mentor factory leaders, and develop Lean Six Sigma training content for workshops and remote sessions.
You will analyze data, coordinate with corporate leaders, and guide deployment strategies to achieve sustained improvements. Travel 50%+ across sites is required to support initiatives.
