Job description
Syneos Health in Los Angeles is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing account management team across defined geographies, driving execution for launch of oncology, immunology therapies, and biosimilars in community networks and infusion centers.
The RBD will recruit, coach, and align KAMs and Associate AMs, design strategic plans, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with market access, marketing, medical affairs and training to accelerate access and growth.
