Job description
Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Regional Director, Maintenance to oversee maintenance and repair across communities in the assigned region, ensuring safety, cleanliness and comfort while meeting corporate standards.
The role requires at least 5 years in property maintenance supervision with multi-site experience, plus advanced knowledge of building systems. HVAC and OSHA 30 certifications are preferred; on-call duties are expected.
