A property management company in Colorado is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects for around 20 apartment communities. This role includes supervising maintenance staff, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience and a strong focus on customer service. Competitive pay of $95,000 - $105,000 per year offered with full benefits.
