Job description
Chubb is seeking a Major Account Segment Leader to guide the regional Major Accounts segment, aligning internal resources to serve large clients and brokers across 5 branches and 9 states. You will drive multi-line opportunities, coordinate sales strategies, and lead key client programs to strengthen client relationships and profitability.
