Job description
Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee operations of a portfolio of housing communities. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration and risk management.
As an offsite leader, you will supervise all aspects of properties to ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and LIHTC/Section 8 requirements. Travel is required.
