Job description
Elmington Living seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of affordable and market-rate communities. You will sharpen operations, drive financial performance, and build high-performing onsite teams that deliver outstanding resident experiences across multiple properties.
You’ll partner with Community Directors to review monthly financials, implement action plans, and ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and state programs while sustaining strong occupancy and community engagement.
