Job description
Elmington Living seeks a Regional Manager Knoxville, TN to drive performance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will maintain strong on-site leadership, oversee financials, and partner with Community Directors to deliver targeted occupancy and quality resident experiences.
You will spend ~80% in the field, travel between properties, lead hiring and training, and ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and state programs while building teams that perform at the highest level.
