Job description
Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing in Colorado to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will manage operations, leasing, maintenance, and compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and Fair Housing standards while leading on-site staff and ensuring financial performance.
Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, regulatory reporting, and capital improvements.
